They are everywhere you could always join a group on Facebook. or just Google support forums.

Helps with stress,it is often used to prevent colds and flu and to increase energy.

Helps prevent panic attacks, kava Kava may cause drowsiness (should be taken under doctors supervision as it can lead to liver problems.

These help to calm the stomach and soothe. Ginger is always great for nausea.(can be used safely during pregnancy)
