This comprehensive ebook is written by Sherwin A, Nicholson. 

I haven't had the chance at the time of writing this review to try out all of the many exercises in the Low back pain program ebook. However, that does not affect my opinion of the book.

Quickly about myself and my lower back pain

I have always been a bigger person weight wise. I had been in two car accidents, the last one being the worst. I started putting on more and more weight causing stress to both up and lower back. I had taken over the counter medicine for the pain as well as being prescribed narcotics just to deal with the pain. Nothing really touched it but just numbed it. I have been suffering from lower back pain for the last 10 years and it has taken so much from me.

The ebook is meant to teach you exercises and skills to help overcome the stress and struggle of being someone with lower back pain. The ebook is in parts. It's suggested that you read it then start to work out a program suitable for yourself. ALWAYS CONTACT A DOCTOR BEFORE STARTING ANYTHING NEW SUCH AS THIS WORKOUT.  

Part one is an introduction and is filled with very useful information that should be read before moving forward. Filled with important information. Part two is where you will find very detailed exercises. How to safely do them in the comfort of your own home. The exercises can be done in steps rather than just jumping in. Starting at Limited Mobility and working your way down the list to Supportive.Muscles and bones will be slowly adjusting to new workout

At this point, I am taking it slow. I love the many poses and suggestions that come with each exercise.

Sherwin A, Nicholson. Is an excellent explainer and has created a program that works for EVERYONE. This ebook in my opinion, is a must if you are obese or don't do much activity. This can get you started to a new life pain-free. Since I have been using the program I notice that bones and muscles are loosening up and I'm less tense. I can do the exercises anywhere I want with the tips given in the ebook.
